Refund policy

At Say Less Gifts and Greetings, your satisfaction means everything to us! Because all of our products are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify, we are unable to accept traditional returns or exchanges.

No Returns or Exchanges

Since every item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we've got you covered! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

We will work with Printify to arrange a free reprint and get a replacement sent to you as quickly as possible.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a reshipment is needed due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where a reprint is not possible or a resolution cannot be reached. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
