How are your products made?
All products are made to order through Printify, our print-on-demand production partner. Once your order is placed, your item is produced specifically for you rather than pulled from pre-made inventory. This made-to-order model helps us offer a wider range of designs while creating each piece with care for every customer.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes. We offer a custom design option that allow customers to personalize their own product.
Do you use AI to create designs?
Some of our designs may be created with the assistance of modern creative tools, including AI-assisted tools, and are then reviewed, refined, edited, and finalized before being offered for sale. We believe in being transparent about our design process while maintaining a strong focus on originality, quality, and thoughtful presentation.
Are your designs original?
We strive to create designs that are distinctive to the Say Less Gifts and Greetings brand and aligned with the purpose behind our products. Each design is reviewed before publication, and we make reasonable efforts to avoid content that infringes on the rights of others. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and more at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Because all products are made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Estimated shipping times after production are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier delays outside of our control.
I haven’t received my tracking information — what should I do?
Tracking information is sent by email once your order has shipped. We recommend checking your spam or junk folder first, as shipping notifications can occasionally be filtered there.
If it has been more than 7 business days since you placed your order and you still have not received tracking information, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because orders are sent into production shortly after purchase, changes and cancellations may only be possible within a limited window. If you need to update or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info.saylessgiftsandgreetings@gmail.com. While we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production begins, we will always do our best to help.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as selecting the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or simply changing your mind after purchase.
We encourage customers to review product details, sizing information, and shipping details carefully before placing an order.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
